Mercer Single Source 1 TM Benefits Administration services include the following:

  • Employee Orientation & Education. Your newly eligible employees will receive a complete orientation of their employee benefits—benefit plan options, plan details, eligibility, enrollment requirements, and so forth—increasing their understanding and appreciation of the benefits program you are offering them.
  • Carrier Communication. Mercer Single Source 1 TM manages all communications to the carriers regarding employee or dependent enrollments, terminations, or changes. This leads to more accurate billings, timely claims processing, and quicker response time, saving your company time and money.
  • Employee Advocacy. Mercer Single Source 1 TM offers your employees a toll-free number where experienced administrators will answer employee questions, assist with claims issues, explain benefit forms, and educate employees to help them understand their benefits.
