- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). TaxSaver
is a flexible benefits program designed and administered by Mercer
Administration, a service of Seabury & Smith, Inc. This program
allows you to take advantage of current tax laws within Section 125

pay for certain non-reimbursed expenses and premiums for certain insurance
